Shipping policy

Shipping:
Plants ship Monday - Thursday, this way plants aren’t’ the in a box over the weekend. We ship orders within 24-48hrs from the time orders are placed. Any orders placed during Friday -Sun will ship on Monday.

Once order is placed you will receive an email with tracking information.

OPEN Package right away, plants need light and air to live, leaving them in the box may cause them to die. We ship priority USPS.

We aren't responsible for shipping delays due to weather, holidays or other circumstances out of our control.

Where do you ship and what service do you use?

We currently ship to the USA, ship via USPS Priority

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please reach out to us through our email info@DearJourneyBlooms.com with pictures and your order number to resolve any issues. We ask that you alert us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Do you ship in the winter season?

Yes. When shipping during winter months, please take into account severe weather conditions. We do offer hot packs but will not be responsible for packages left in freezing temperatures. Feel free to reach out to us to discuss timing of shipments in winter at info@DearJourneyBlooms.com

Local Tampa Bay:

 Pick Ups

If you are in the Tampa Bay area we do LOCAL Select “Local Pickup” at checkout instead of shipping. You can pick up at any of our event spots, or we can arrange pick up between 10 am - 7pm.

Pick Ups should be completed within 2 weeks of purchase.

Delivery

If you would like to send a gift to someone, or can't pick up an order we can deliver to you within 20 mi radius of Tampa, FL for a fee. Send us a message to coordinate delivery. All orders will be delivered within 72 hrs.
